Being as Hotchkiss Construction Services’ main focus is buildiing restoration and repair, the manufacture of replacement parts for our projects quickly became a necessity.  Often we make the parts of different wood or materials than the original in an attempt to avoid future failure of the part.  We also use special coatings to protect the parts from weather and moisture.
